Chester has been at the shelter since he was a pup. Given his beautiful looks, we would have expected him to be snapped up immediately, however, poor Chester has always been a very nervous, shy dog. He prefers to observe things from the safety of his dog house, letting his kennel mate, Gabby, soak up all the attention, however, when spoken to his tail wags, showing he’s receptive to companionship, just shy and nervous. He would probably do best in a quiet home with people who have the time and patience to take his socialisation and training slowly and at his pace.
